There are three ways to change the card details:
1. Wait until you receive an email that your old card details expire and enter the new card details when you extend the subscription.
2. Cancel the service you have today and buy the same service again with your new card at the beginning of next month.
3. Order another package you want, enter card details for a new card. Your old card details will then be replaced by the new ones.
