Description: Knowing which version of the terminal you are running can be good in case you require assistance from on of Infront’s support representatives. In addition, we also believe it’s good for users to know which version they are currently running, thus the reason for this short article.
Step 1. Navigate to the question mark in the top right corner:
Step 2. Select the “About” alternative:
Step 3. In this newly populated window, information about the current version of the terminal that you are running will be displayed in the area highlighted in the picture below:
Note: This is the information that you should provide to the client representative in case they inquire about which version of the terminal that you are running.
