Purpose: The purpose of this article is to illustrate how to generate a report.zip file. These files are often required when developers need to investigate any potential issues or bug-related inquiries. A report.zip will contain information about what happens inside of the terminal and which servers it connects to.
Important Note: The terminal will only be able to register information from its current session. The logs will only show what has happened during the terminal’s most recent upkeep period.
Step 1. Navigate to the question mark symbol in the top right corner:
Step 2. Select the “Mail to Support” option:
Step 3. Select the “Include today’s trading log” and proceed to send mail or simply send the mail:
Note: The trading log is required if any trading-related issues take place and our technicians need to investigate what might have happened with the trading gateway (TGW). Also, if you do not have an Outlook account set up, you will likely need to select the “Save as…” option, and then send the corresponding files separately.
